Five categories, twenty points each.
Based on your answers, these are the three gaps worth closing first.
Your centre has the foundations, and every category came back strong. What usually breaks a program at this level is not capability. It is week thirty: a busy term, a staff change, and nobody with time to plan Thursday’s session.
Built around the equipment you told us you already have. Every week is a single printable page an educator can pick up and deliver.
A strong in-house program needs more than a few activity ideas. It needs all of this, running at once, every week of the year.
That is exactly what the Mini Monstars In-House Delivery system is built to provide.
Your launch period takes educators from watching Mini Monstars being delivered to confidently running the program themselves.
Session 1
Our coach delivers the session while your educators observe how we structure activities, engage children and manage the group.
Session 2
We deliver another session while breaking down the coaching techniques, language, transitions and activities your team will use.
Session 3
Your educators begin delivering the program while our trainer observes and gives practical feedback and support.
Session 4
Your educators independently run the session and receive final coaching, feedback and guidance.
The goal: your team finishes the launch period confident enough to keep delivering the program without a Mini Monstars coach onsite every week.
A dedicated workshop for your leadership team on the practical side of launching Mini Monstars internally.
Your centre and educators receive access to the Mini Monstars Centre App containing ready-to-run weekly lesson plans and videos.
We do not just teach your educators how to coach. We help your centre make the program work in practice.
Bonus 1
The complete Mini Monstars Coaching Course inside the Centre App: child engagement, group and behaviour management, motor skill development, coaching language, session structure and more. New educators can complete it any time.
Standalone value $999
Bonus 2
Every family at your centre gets complimentary access using your centre’s unique code, so movement and motor skill development continues at home.
Standalone value $96 per family
Bonus 3
Parent email templates, FAQs, social media assets, centre posters, promotional material for your Mini Monstars day and educator talking points.
Bonus 4
Once your educators complete the launch program your centre becomes a Certified Centre, with certification and promotional resources to share with families.

Your centre already runs sessions. These are the two ways centres in your position start, and they are different in kind rather than in size.
Where eligible, centres may be able to use existing professional development or training budgets toward the program. The Ready-to-Run Equipment Kit is available as an optional upgrade, priced on your final centre package.
This is the difference between a few good activities and a system your centre owns.
Book a short In-House Incursion Implementation Review. We will walk through your readiness score, your biggest gaps, which educators should lead the program, what equipment you need plus how we would implement it at your centre.
We review your score. We identify what your centre already has in place.
We map your implementation. We show you what would need to happen to launch successfully.
You decide if it makes sense. No pressure to move forward.
Before your call, watch this short video. Shane covers why we built the in-house system, the problem with relying on one educator plus exactly how the four implementation sessions work.

The in-house system is new. Everything behind it is not. These are reviews of our delivered programs, not of the in-house program itself.
